T  'was a few days after Christmas and all thru the hood not a creature was stirring and maybe that's good. The lights were strung 'round the house wrapping three times with care. It's almost time to mount the ladder and take them down......if you dare!!

   Yes folks it's true!! Yet another Christmas has come and gone, and in a few days the world will bring in another year. This also ushers in the dreaded mundane post holiday task of taking down the decorations and lights (and yes, digging out those final few precious pennies to pay that astronomically high electric bill---for those that like to compete with Times Square (in the light dept.) After that shock who could blame some folks for leaving their decorations up until April!!  (and some do..you know who you are...c'mon don't be shy tell the truth... your among friends.)

Well, I'm outta here 'cause that snorting and threatening to wrap me up in lights says you want to be left alone!! Peace ouuuuuuut!!! (the pitter patter of feet running away at top speed heard in the backround)
